I’ve dealt with periods of depression my entire life. In this video I talk about mental health and how fitness and exercising has majorly helped me cope with periods of depression. There’s strong evidence that supports fitness elevating your mood and your state of mind. It may not cure, but it can be used as a very positive coping mechanism for people dealing with depression, anxiety or other mental health issues or disorders.
