May the Holiday Season and the coming New Year be filled with good health and much happiness. May the glow of the candles remind us of the warmth of love ones here and now, and the love of those departed from us.

Tonight, 2010-12-08, at sunset is the last night of Chanukah for the Hebrew Year of 5771, secular 2010. Chanukah will be over at sunset tomorrow night. I took this shot shortly after lighting the menorah. Sorry, but I didn’t spend a whole lot of time setting up the shot, but thought to keep up with my tradition of previous years, and shooting the full menorah.

Next year, I will make sure not to use that lens again as I just noticed the eight flame flares in the lower half of the photo. Had I seen it while shooting, I would have done something about it. I still am unsure of whether it adds or detracts to the image. πŸ™‚
