Where it all began. Well where European settlement and all that has meant all began.

Much has gone on since then. Much is still to be done to redress the attrocities committed against the traditional land owners. Many non-indigenous Australian’s think that the indigenous people don’t do enough to help themselves and that as a nation, we have done enough. This is far from the case in my opinion. Educational outcomes, health outcomes and general condition of many Aboriginal people is far from where it should be.
We need to promote unity as a nation. We need to include everyone and support people and we aren’t doing this well enough.

Happy Invasion Day.
